This is a prepayment case, too. Although Tesla provided numerous images demonstrating the authenticity of their donation, their request for an upfront payment, unfortunately, exposed their ignorance, as they needed my assistance in charitable work. I spent a full hour and a half talking with their tour operator, who insisted on receiving the upfront payment, claiming it was necessary to qualify for their stock. I told him to check the IMF's official website for an explanation of the upfront payment. Now, this Tesla email is yours to handle!
